8/25/2023 0 Comments Digging deeperGreat podcast! Thank you for the music, Robert Plant. His contribution to the gift of music is fresh & as new as it was in the 60’s & 70’s. Because his music is good, no matter whom he is collaborating with or even if playing alone. It was a great podcast & like all the others, I’m going to miss it, but I’m going to be following what he is up too. I guess Mr Plant had stages waiting & new artists with whom to collaborate. Digging Deep takes place on Tuesday evening across every other parish in the RCCG except, Kristiansand Parish where it takes place on Friday evening and the headquarters in Nigeria where it takes place on Monday evenings. The podcast is interesting, informative, relaxing & over. These Digging Deep Lessons are part of the weekly services which takes place in all RCCG churches. I am now the one turning my brother on to Robert Plant & the new tunes he’s out there doing. He is still turning it out & bringing light to the forum & stage. Digging Deeper is a must read for anyone with a dash of the adventurer in their soul and for those who love an adventure story but prefer to safely live vicariously through the Amandas of the world The photos, particularly of Hank the wonder dog, add an element that makes the story personal and endearing. Robert Plant is relevant to today & every day that he has given to & reaped from music. He is enthusiastic, informative, & refreshing. Or trying on a different take with Allison Kraus. He has not rested on his Led Zeppelin laurels though he surely could have done so.īut the man is so into each day and his love of music that he is still out there playing with young kids who think, “this old guy’s really good,” not really understanding his place in music & him never mentioning it. I love his often humorous memories of the Zeppelin days but even more, I love hearing what he’s up to now. This podcast has brought me to a new place of appreciation for Mr Robert Plant. ![]() But I also heard Rick Wakeman, Johnny & Edgar, Frampton, Cream, Faces, Alice Cooper, Deep Purple, Mountain & some of the best music out there, including Led Zeppelin, whom though, not their biggest fan, I knew enough about music to appreciate what they were doing. My brother, an incredible drummer, loved Zeppelin, so I heard them night & day regardless. The great thing about this Podcast is you didn’t have to be a Led Zeppelin fan to love it.
